Rock around the World

This guidebook describes 180 multi-pitch routes from 7 areas around the world. The book will inspire you to dream of big routes in spectacular locations. The destinations covered are as follows:

• Cala Gonone, Supramonte, and Baunei in Sardinia 
• Meteora in Greece
• Wadi Rum in Jordan
• Tsaranoro in Madagascar
• Zion and Red Rocks in United States

The guidebook contains a mixture of trad and sport routes with grades ranging from F6a to F6c for sport routes and F5c to F6b for trad routes. Each route is shown on a colour photo topos and there is additional information regarding the amount and type of gear required for each route. Also provided are detail descriptions of the approach and the descent of each route.

For each of the 7 locations there is extensive information on the style of climbing to be found in each country, what fixed gear generally exists, and a suggestion of what gear is required.
