Mountain Bike in Sicily

A guidebook covering the extensive mountain biking in Sicily, covering the areas around Agrigento, Palermo, Trapani as well as the parks: Madonie, Nebrodi and Etna.
The routes described feature winding trails through rugged countryside and through small, welcoming villages; paved roads are avoided where possible. Many of the routes described in the guide are longer or multi-day trips, allowing the rider to travel across the island... coast to coast!

The guidebook will take the rider into the rural heart of Sicily, a long way from the mass-tourism 'hotspots', giving a flavour of the islands heritage, its nature, art, culture, history and cuisine.
