235 Donau-Radweg 1, Donaueschingen - Passau

The cycling map in the clearly arranged Leporello format shows the first 597 km long section of the Danube cycle path. The trail runs between the source of the Danube in Donaueschingen and Passau with the famous Old Town. The route leads through a varied landscape that is characterized by numerous castles, fortresses and monasteries such as Sigmaringen stronghold, Obermarchtal monastery or Erbach castle. Don't miss the visit to Ulm with its famous cathedral, Donauwörth and Regensburg with its St. Peter's Cathedral. Geologically unique are the phenomena of the Danube Sinkholes near Immerdingen and the Danube water gap in the Upper Danube Nature Park.
